Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 3, 2026
Vultry is built with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains how we handle your data.
Data Collection
Vultry does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.
The app operates entirely on your device:
- Your Vultr API key is stored exclusively in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
- No analytics are collected
- No usage tracking is performed
- No data is sent to third parties
Vultry uses OpenTelemetry to collect anonymized interaction traces (such as action names, resource types, and latency). These traces contain no identifying information and are used solely to understand how the app performs.
Data Storage
All app data lives on your device:
- API key: Secure storage (Keychain/Keystore)
- Cache: Local on-device database (Hive), cleared on logout
- App preferences: Local storage only
Third-Party Services
Vultry communicates only with the official Vultr API (api.vultr.com). No other third-party services are contacted.
Your Rights
You have full control:
- Delete your API key at any time from Settings
- Clear all cached data by logging out
